Our apartments at Quest Invercargill provide an environment which is conducive to both formal and informal meetings, functions and conferences. We have options to suit from 2-50 people.

OUR OPTIONS INCLUDE:

One Bedroom Apartments - Perfect for holding small meetings for 2-6 people and requiring accommodation.  The bedroom door can be closed off and the spacious lounge area can be arranged to suit boardroom style meetings, interviews, presentations or to introduce and display products.

Executive Studio Spa Apartments - This is our largest room, clients use these apartments for showcasing products and holding presentations.

Interview Room - The interview room is ideal for interviews and/or small business meeting. It can seat up to 6 people comfortably. This room is equipped with a desk, a small round table and appropriate chairs. The use of a kitchen with tea/coffee facilities are available with this room. Photocopying and printing facilities are available. (2 mins walk from Quest Invercargill)

Training Room - The training room is excellent for larger business meeting, and/or conferences, it can seat up to 50 people comfortably. This room is equipped with DVD and VHS stereo sound, white board and over head projector (OHP). There is a ceiling pro-light projector and laptop available at an additional charge, all you need is a memory stick or disk for your presentation. The use of a kitchen with tea/coffee facilities are available with this room. Photocopying and printing facilities are available. ( 2 mins walk from Quest Invercargill )

Conference/Meeting Room - There is seating for 50 people comfortably. This room is equipped with an overhead projector and screen; whiteboard; flip chart; television; video and DVD, these are included in the cost of hire. To ensure comfort while using our facilities the area is fully air-conditioned  and thermostatically heat controlled. The self-contained meeting/conference area or exhibition area has a kitchen available. Coffee, Milk, Sugar, Tea, and crockery are provided. ( 2 mins walk from Quest Invercargill )
