.. We just wanted to say a HUGE thanks to your team (Kristy and Kylee in particular) for all the help they gave us at such late notice. Our rooms were warm and comfortable and it was a big help that they were inter-connecting!Nothing was a problem, from getting us umbrellas for the funeral to bringing us up blankets and an extra heater to keep us chilly Wellingtonians warm! While it wasn’t the most pleasant of situations for us the kind and friendly southern hospitality made us feel at home. I would also have no hesitation in booking my corporate clients into this Hotel!
