Quest Apartment Hotel’s App users can now book a rental car via their Quest App.

The Quest App is part of an initiative to implement more contactless solutions and additionally improve the overall app experience; however Adrian Turner, Quest Chief Operating Officer, is ensuring the brand does not lose its personal touch. Every new app user gets an email from Turner himself when they sign up, welcoming them to the Quest user family. In turn they have his email address should they have any feedback or questions.

Quest approached Hertz to see if they would be interested in partnering with Quest to enable Quest to predominantly offer its SME business customers, along with its non-corporate customers, an opportunity to book a rental car at a competitive rate.

Adrian Turner, Quest Chief Operating Officer, says: “Since we launched the Quest app in 2019, we have continued to evolve it into a tool that makes booking a room at Quest easy. With the additional features that have been launched being Mobile Key and now integrated with Hertz, our guests have even more functionality at their fingertips”.
