The Quest App is part of an initiative to implement more contactless solutions and additionally improve the overall app experience; however Adrian Turner, Quest Group General Manager, is ensuring the brand does not lose its personal touch. Every new app user gets an email from Turner himself when they sign up, welcoming them to the Quest user family. In turn they have his email address should they have any feedback or questions.

Earlier this year, Quest approached Hertz to see if they would be interested in partnering with Quest to enable Quest to predominantly offer its SME business customers, along with its non corporate customers, an opportunity to book a rental car at a competitive rate.

The functionality is available in the Quest App now and all new downloads of the app in August will go in the draw to win one of 3 prizes of $250 Air New Zealand Airpoint dollars and any car booking made for pick up in August will also go in the draw to win one of 3 prizes of $250 Air New Zealand Airpoint dollars.

The Quest app is available on both Apple™ and Android™ devices.

Download the Quest App from the Google Play Store or the Apple App store during August and 3 people will be picked at random by a third party and each will win a prize of 250 Air New Zealand Airpoint dollars. These points will be awarded during September 2022.
